Alison is a Relationship Manager, responsible for managing a portfolio of privately held businesses with annual revenues of $5 - 50MM, and providing various financial services and products to meet their needs. In addition to being the primary point of contact and key financial advisor for the client, Alison is accountable for prospecting new business and retaining and deepening existing relationships. She analyzes the clients financial and operating strategies and recommends alternative or additional financial services to best meet their immediate and long-term personal and business needs. Alison is adept at forging relationships with the appropriate decision makers within her client, prospect and center of influence base. She is also responsible for leading, directing and coordinating key extended team members in the analysis and execution of many products and services to clients and prospects. This involves coordinating client involvement with her team specialists in credit and payments. To effectively perform this role, Alison is well versed in all bank products and services for proper identification of cross-selling opportunities. She is also a consistent networker in the community and with centers of influence.
