Gary Craig joined Vector Group, Inc., a boutique global consulting firm, in 1989 and serves as its Managing Partner and COO for The Americas and Asia. He oversees business development domestically and internationally. In his 25+ years with the firm, he engaged in large-scale change initiatives, transformation projects and conducted systematic and systemic diagnoses of organizational performance leading to highly successful turnarounds. Clients included HP/Compaq, British Airways, Prudential Retail (UK), Square D Company, Alliant Techsystems, Texaco, Community Mutual Insurance Company, and Jeppesen-Sanderson.
