The Alliance of M&A Advisors is proud to feature this list of experts of all types:
The purchase or sale of an active business is most effectively managed by a professional business transaction advisor who is experienced in all aspects of this complex transaction. Buying or selling a business demands a level of comprehensive advice and expertise that you get from seasoned professional.
With more than 25 years’ experience in management of both private and public companies, I spent the first couple of decades of my professional life as a software engineer, progressing to project leadership and engineering management positions. I completed this phase of my career as a program manager at Intel Corporation, where I effectively negotiated internal and external engagements.
During my tenure at Intel, I began developing an algorithm for mutual fund investing in my spare time. Eventually I founded an investment advisory firm based on this algorithmic investing program, left Intel to operate the firm, and eight years later merged it with a much larger firm. I love working with numbers, especially as part of a decision-making process. At the same time, I enjoy, value and appreciate the less quantifiable components that comprise most aspects of business.
I hold an MBA from Michigan State University, graduating with honors. I also earned the prestigious Certified Merger & Acquisition Advisor credential from the Alliance of Merger & Acquisition Advisors.
Having personally experienced both the sale and purchase of businesses, I understand the risks and opportunities for both sides of the transaction. As a result, I promise to provide comprehensive advice to my clients, whether buying or selling. I aim to be the trusted advisor in the transaction, working cooperatively with all involved parties, to make this unique, complex, life-changing process one of the most exciting and rewarding experiences of my clients’ business career.
