According to Bloomberg, “The Street is paved with gold, which presents a challenge to deploying the record $1.5 trillion in dry powder, or investable funds, private equity firms are holding globally.” At The Alliance of M&A Advisors’ Winter Conference, taking place January 16-18 at the InterContinental in Miami, buyers and sellers in the private middle market will come together and make deals at this unprecedented time of change.

A featured portion of this 19th annual M&A conference features Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) experts sharing their experience gained from research, consulting, and analysis of more that 20,000+ deals offering game-changing tech innovations that will change how deal making is done forever. The Alliance is showcasing a new Center for Excellence platform hosted by Dr. Kiran Garimella with a special session moderating a discussion with leaders from global solution providers: D&B Hoovers and ansarada.

Dr. Kiran Garimella, co-founder and columnist, is a former Global CIO and Chief Architect at GE, VP for Business Process Management at Software AG, and an expert in building Centers of Excellence. He has an extensive background in software engineering and a Ph.D. in AI/ML. He is a global speaker, management consultant, the author of two business books, and a co-founder of CognitiveWorld.com.

Oksana Goncharova, a Managing Director at ansarada, will be interviewed with her considerable experience in marketing, digital strategy, and management consulting.

ansarada has used data and insights from more than 20,000 transactions to create a Material Information Platform helping businesses better prepare at the beginning of the deal cycle, reducing risk, and increasing transaction value. Fueled by artificial intelligence and machine learning, the platform helps advisors accelerate deals and streamline processes.

Oksana has observed: “It is an irony that many companies are the least prepared when they need to be the most prepared - when they begin a transaction. Not being prepared imposes an unnecessary tax on advisors and businesses during a deal while increasing the risk and complexity of the transactions.”

In addition, Evan Eichorn, Senior Account Director, will add valuable insights from D&B Hoovers, combining the best of the former Hoovers solution, insights-rich Dun & Bradstreet data, and the robust Avention OneSource platform – providing sales, marketing, research, and procurement professionals with the edge they need to make informed decisions and stay one step ahead of the competition.
